How to withdraw
Email us within 14 days of receiving the item, quoting your order number. No reason is required. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
You pay return shipping unless the item is faulty. We refund the full amount including the original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the return, or proof that it was sent.
Condition of the item
You may examine the item as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that, we may deduct for the reduction in value.
A battery that has been fitted and charged counts as used. Always check the fit before connecting it.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specification, or to sealed goods where the seal has been broken and the item cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
