Unsure which part fits? Read the model designation off the machine's rating plate – on a robot mower it is usually under the cover or on the underside. That designation determines fit, not the marketing name.
If a battery charges poorly, check the charging station's contact plates first. Dirty contacts produce the same symptoms as a tired battery.
Complaints
You have a three-year right of complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. A fault appearing within two years is presumed to have existed at delivery unless shown otherwise.
Email the part number, order number and a short description of the fault. A photo helps. We will send a prepaid return label if the item needs to come back.
